Chef extraordinaire.  Even as a kid, he has always aspired to cook- having his mom as his inspiration.  He has shared very practical culinary tips to Hataw viewers and having been trained in Chicago's best culinary schools, he impresses his fans with his expertise in his art while at the same time making sure that they will be able to cook the recipes he teaches on air in their own home kitchens.  One of his goals in life is to be able to put up his own restaurant one day.
